Soy Sriracha Pork

1 cup(240ml) Soy sauce

1-2 Tbsp(15-30ml) Sriracha

1 Pork loin

2 Tbsp(1oz) butter

Marinate the pork loin in the soy sauce and sriracha overnight. Heat a pan on medium high heat. When the pan is hot sear the pork for 2-3 minutes on each side or until you have a nice dark coloring on the pork loin. Lower the heat to medium and add the butter to the pan. Tilt the pan towards you and using a large spoon baste the pork with the butter for 1-2 minutes depending on the thickness of your Pork loin and your preferred doneness. Set pork on a cutting board and rest for 10 min then slice into ¼ inch pieces.
